After purchasing a course via Fungies.io, customers receive access via email including a Microsoft Teams link.

Access is granted only to the purchasing individual and is not transferable to third parties.

• Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the course. In that case, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

• No refunds will be granted for no-shows or in the event of technical issues on the customer's side.

Important Notice: By purchasing this course, you agree that it is a service provided at a fixed date. You expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
